KAPOWA BAM POW! this was hella good. Almost didn’t make it into the oven! It reminds of me of this Indian dip that I use to get but now I don’t, because it has yogurt in it, and so it just brought back good memories…I loved that dip… 😦
So here’s the recipe, picture may or may not be coming soon, who knows!
I N G R E D I E N T S :
1 cup cooked chickpeas/garbanzo beans (that was soaked overnight and drained)
Juice of half a lemon
2 TBS coconut oil
1/3 cup red onion
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
3 garlic cloves, minced or chopped or 1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sea salt
Put all ingredients in food processor and blend….EAT!
serve with pita bread, celery,jicama WHATEVA, or just do like what we did and just serve with our fingers lol
